1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Other countries: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress in real time.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €30 / £30 / $30. Shipping fees for orders below this amount are calculated automatically at checkout.
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@zavorinex.com. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
6. How do refunds work?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your order was paid using a third-party payment provider such as Klarna, refunds will be processed through Klarna, and your payment plan will be updated according to their terms.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@zavorinex.com with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Yes. Zavorinex ships worldwide. Delivery times and customs requirements may vary depending on your destination.
